As managing director of the Center for Positive Organizations at the University of Michigan, I am immersed in the science of building high-performing organizations that bring the best out of people. We look at topics such as Positive Leadership, Purpose and Meaning, Relationships, Ethics and Virtues, and Culture in the setting of organizations. For MBA students and executives, I teach and write on navigating organizations to create positive change.
